Care Kits
Throughout 2022, TBBP fundraised over $1000 thanks to the efforts of our volunteers, sponsors, and supporters within the community to create over 200 Care Kits to be distributed throughout Worcester, MA to individuals experiencing homelessness.

These photographs were taken along Route 9, they depict the belongings of someone presumed to be residing on the streets along with individuals seeking aid. We hope to be able to share our Care Kits, which contain essential items that are not always easily accessible for someone living within these conditions, with these individuals and many others struggling through this public health issue.

Instructions were created and distributed to all volunteers in order to allow efficiency in the assembly of TBBP Care Kits!
A pair of socks, gloves, and a resource list along with a letter of kind words were the last to be added into the Care Kits by the volunteers!

Past Fundraising Efforts
The city of Worcester and the Worcester Cultural Coalition are excited to announce the return of the Out to Lunch Festival and Farmer's Market for the summer of 2022!
And The Brown Bag Project is proud to be a part of that excitement!
Free and open to the public, there will be musical performances, local artists and crafters, area restaurants, farmers and community organizations and nonprofits, including The Brown Bag Project!
Join us at the historic Worcester Common Oval from 11am-2pm on Aug 18 and Sept 1 as we experience the best of Worcester and raise funds for our annual project care kits to be distributed this fall!
