Seva sessions are a form of volunteering that emphasizes critical service learning alongside traditional.
They are designed to foster mindfulness and reflection, enabling volunteers to gain greater insight into their impact on not only themselves but as well as the community.
The lunch and dinner seva sessions are a valuable way to contribute to society and address social issues such as poverty, inequality, and other public health issues prevalent locally.
Our mission is to bring awareness to the importance of giving back to our communities and our world through these powerful ways to volunteer.
Join us as we strive to create an inclusive and equitable environment and inspire others to become agents of positive change.

Seva Sessions
Join us on the Second Sunday of every month at 2:00PM at 155 Otis Street, Northborough, MA for Critical Service Learning for one hour.
The team gets together to discuss and reflect on how to use seva to cultivate mindfulness within ourselves and to create an environment that fosters belonging both inside and outside of our room.
We also address food and hygiene insecurities common to individuals experiencing homelessness by curating meals, kits and other resources to distribute within Worcester, MA.
The seva session can be attended by volunteers of any age. We suggest having youth over the ages of 15 engage in critical service learning.
